  • Automatización (diseño, cableado, programación y puesta en marcha) de un sistema de lanzamiento preciso de galletas (proceso de elaboración de tejas), utilizando servomotores marca SEW Eurodrive para eliminar pérdidas de producto por defectos en calidad; velocidad de 2880 piezas por hora. Programación en PLC Siemens S7 300.
  • Automatic control (design, wiring and connection, programming and commissioning) of a continuous roof tile tray conveyor (including emergency bypass and buffer), rate: 2,100 pieces/h. Programming was developed in PLC (Siemens 300 with, Profibus communication protocol) and linked to an Omron’s PLC (CQM1).
  • Programming to achieve electronic synchrony for tile making presses, with modeling, design, setting up, programming and starting up stages, making an increased production of 100% being that before just was possible to operate one machine at time. This work is achieved through using the 300 PLC and absolute position encoders.

  • Automation (design, setting up, wiring, programming and starting up) of a machine for removing pieces on containment trays through a conveyor belt. 4 diffuse sensors were used that allow proper performance, it has an admission band family and one discharge to transport pieces and trays to the next line. Was used a SEW EURODRIVE servo-gearmotor that provides precision and speed in the sustraction operation, additionally there are three pneumatic pistons to complement the system functionality. The control is by a SIEMENS S7-300 PLC, a 313C-2DP CPU for sensors and actuators, a SEW EURODRIVE MOVIPLC for handling of the servo gearmotor, and two variators that control the admission bands speed and discharge of material, which allows to have a rate of 3240 pieces per hour.oru
  • Automation of an industrial furnace for ceramics with independent control of heating zone and recipes for cooking different curves, was integrated touch panel and a PLC Siemens S7-300.

>>  Automatic control of continuous milk standardization (fat and protein content control). The standardized milk flow rate varied from 50 to 25 to m3/h, depending on the type of raw milk.  The process was controlled by a valve control system. Visualization was developed in WinCC and the control was delivered by PLC S7 414 using Ethernet, Profibus and ASi networksi.

>>  Programming to incorporate 70 new valves into a controlled cheese maturation, fermentation, and yogurt process.  The new system was controlled by a PLC S7 416 using Ethernet, Profibus and ASi networks.  The visualization was developed in WinCC.
