  • Mechanical design, manufacturing and automation of metering flavoring machine (color, flavor, aroma) for gelatin Lala, dosed with capacity 1-5 ​​ml per container + -2% accuracy. 24 points of injection, dose rate 3456 per minute maximum, the system includes 7 servo-motors network with a PLC Siemens S7 300 and an SEW Eurodrive MOVIPLC and synchrony with the main station through a Telemecanique PLC.

  • Automation pasteurization process energy drinks (flow of 20 m3 / h). The process includes online cleaning system, viewing and programming PLC WinCC S7-315-2DP used Ethernet, Profibus DP, PA and AS-i. Project carried out in Venezuela.
  • Automation-online-standardization of protein and fat content of milk (flows 25-50 m3 / h) by modulating valves in the reception area. Display WinCC and S7 414 PLC programming using Ethernet, Profibus and AS-i.
  • Automatic control of continuous milk standardization (fat and protein content control). The standardized milk flow rate varied from 50 to 25 to m3/h, depending on the type of raw milk. The process was controlled by a valve control system. Visualization was developed in WinCC and the control was delivered by PLC S7 414 using Ethernet, Profibus and ASi networks.
  • Programming to incorporate 70 new valves into a controlled cheese maturation, fermentation, and yogurt process. The new system was controlled by a PLC S7 416 using Ethernet, Profibus and ASi networks. The visualization was developed in WinCC.
  • Conception of an on-line maintenance database: Database multiuser (20 individuals)that allows the capture, analysis, and drawing of statistic graphs of the Danone’s process equipment breakdowns and the solutions applied. The process includes: 420 equipments controlled by 120 PLCs.
  • Automatic control (Control Panel assembly, PLC programming, motors and sensors connection) of a packaging machine (1800 packages per hour) using Siemens PLC S7 300.
  • Automatic control (Control Panel assembly, PLC programming, motors and sensors connection) of bottom-up bottle-filling machine (19,000 bottles per hour) using Siemens PLC S7 300. Complete automatic control (operating panel, PLC, motors and sensors).
  • Automatic control of a milk, juice, and yogurt pasteurizer. Programming performed in Allen Bradley 1200 and visualization on Touch Screen PV 300
  • Automatic control of cheese molder 2800 pieces/h. Programming performed in Allen Bradley 1200.
  • Installation of 300KVA Emergency Plant

>>  Automatic control system to allow two presses to work in a synchronous way during the roof tile manufacturing process. Turn-key project including design, assembly, programming, test and commissioning. Before this project, each press was operating simultaneously.
