  • Automation for two servo-valves of natural gas in ArcelorMittal. These valves feed the MYDREX and HYL III plants respectively. For the automation two S7400 Siemens PLC were used in redundancy, along with a peripheral system with explosion proof optic fiber 1200 meters away the control room. The whole system is monitored by a SCADA computer on a 20 inches touch monitor. At the remote site were installed two ultrasonic flowmeters for the 20 inches and 16 inches pipes respectively; the wires rooted and brought to the remote panel, in which a redundant ET200isp is with two redundant UPS’. Food Industry

>>  Automatic control of continuous milk standardization (fat and protein content control). The standardized milk flow rate varied from 50 to 25 to m3/h, depending on the type of raw milk.  The process was controlled by a valve control system. Visualization was developed in WinCC and the control was delivered by PLC S7 414 using Ethernet, Profibus and ASi networksi.

>>  Programming to incorporate 70 new valves into a controlled cheese maturation, fermentation, and yogurt process.  The new system was controlled by a PLC S7 416 using Ethernet, Profibus and ASi networks.  The visualization was developed in WinCC.

>>  Automatic control (design, wiring and connection, programming and commissioning) of a continuous roof tile tray conveyor (including emergency bypass and buffer), rate: 2,100 pieces/h. Programming was developed in PLC (Siemens 300 with, Profibus communication protocol) and linked to an Omron’s PLC (CQM1).

>>  Automatic control system to allow two presses to work in a synchronous way during the roof tile manufacturing process. Turn-key project including design, assembly, programming, test and commissioning. Before this project, each press was operating simultaneously.
